In all counties, public terminals are available where anyone can access information on circuit court cases without staff assistance and without compromising the security and integrity of court records.ДЄnyone with access to the Internet can obtain information on state-wide circuit court cases in the CCAP system through Wisconsin Circuit Court Access (WCCA).
